Cancellation Policy
- We charge 100% of the scheduled service fee if you cancel or reschedule after 2 PM the day before or don’t show up to your appointment.
- We require a credit/debit card on file to be charged per our cancellation policy.
Massage Appointment Time Policy
- Please book appointments on the hour or half-hour or quarter-hour.
- Appointments booked online may need to be adjusted, and if so, you you will receive a call.
- Appointments include the time needed before and after a massage to enter and exit the room making actual hands-on time less than 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
- New clients; please arrive 20 minutes early to fill out intake paperwork.
